In-Store Return Policy

Updated COVID-19 POLICY: 

Effective April 18, 2020, Wedding lanai will gladly accept items purchased and received within 30 days of the order date. If this is an online return please review our updated online return policy. (Approved returns are for store credit only)

Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Price tickets must be attached. Final Sale Items (below) still are final sale.

HOLIDAY 2022: 

Merchandise purchased December 1st-December 9th, will have an extension to be able to be returned by January 10th. Otherwise the normal 30 day policy still applies.

All normal return policies apply. *Normal final sale items that were given as gifts may be returned by the gift recipient within that return window for a gift card/exchange of product).

Black Friday + Cyber Monday sales are eligible for returns following our normal return policy guidelines. 


Final Sale Items:

Accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.)

Home décor (paper goods, candles, home goods etc.)

Bath + Beauty (perfume, lotions, face masks, etc.)

Sale items (red line items or from sale section)

Discounted item due to imperfection/damage

Items purchased during a promotional sale with a discount of 30% or more
